Gina wears two creativity hats; one for helping corporations to develop new product ideas, and the other, for helping small business-people and artists use creative skills to take their businesses and artistic endeavors to the next level.

As a Consultant, Gina trains manufacturers of consumer package goods to suspend for a while, their linear, logical, and judgmental thinking, to embrace a lighter, lateral way of thinking, that is more conducive to generating new ideas. Gina also conducts brainstorming and innovation sessions to help generate the ideas themselves.

As a Coach, Gina uses similar methods to help small business people look at their businesses in a fresh way, to help them do more in less time, make more money, and find more personal fulfillment in their businesses.

Gina also helps blocked writers and artists break through whatever holds them back, to create lightness and ease in using their creativity in a fulfilling, yet practical way.

With a degree in psychology, Gina spent years in motivational research for four top Advertising Agencies in New York City: J. Walter Thompson, BBDO, Young & Rubicam, and Ted Bates. Gina then started Thorne Creative Research Services, serving both Ad Agencies and Fortune 500 Companies in market research, and new product development.
