Program Objectives:

To assure that Certified Silva Success Coaches:

  1. Meet or exceed basic coaching competencies
  2. Conduct themselves in a professional manner consistent with Silva International’s mission and standards
  3. Gain sufficient confidence to move forward as passionate and enthusiastic advocates for their clients
  4. Acquire the systems and structure to run viable and profitable businesses

12-Session Certification Program

Success Coaching Skills   (5 Sessions)

In a highly interactive “real world” environment, the coaches apply their learned skills building confidence in their competency and their eagerness to be of service to their clients

Practice Development & Management    (4 Sessions)

Fundamentals of professionally attracting, enrolling, servicing and retaining high quality client relationships that breed additional clients

  • One hour in duration
  • Conducted by teleconference bridge lines

Additionally, Certified Coaches enjoy the outstanding opportunity to support Silva's expansion of the Home Study Course. Your name and contact information will be inserted into the Home Study CD Album.

More and more potential clients are calling the home office for information on class schedules and guidance on techniques. These inquires will be directed to you for support. I have been a practicing Silva Method graduate since 1979. Over these past years I have helped friends and colleagues with overcoming issues in their lives. Not until I took John Felitto's Silva Success Coach Program did I realize that what I had been doing was coaching.

Yes, I think the class helped me to recognize that I have the ability to be a coach and I am feeling confident that I will be helpful to the people I work with.

It is an outstanding course given the amount of hours and the skills we acquired in such a short time - invaluable insight for listening skills even if you never coach.

John is an excellent teacher and had all the bases covered.  It was a privilege to interact with him on sessions. 

I appreciate the way he had us practice and then he would repeat the process and we could hear the ease and how well he was able to listen to and direct the client. 

It gave me the confidence to start a valuable business adjunct to presenting Silva.

The skills I learned will benefit me in all my relationships.  Being in the problem solving business I learned so much about listening, about drawing out from the client (or anyone) what it is they really want,  supporting them in bringing out the solution and standing back, not jumping in with answers for them.  These are life skills, as well as coaching skills.

John talks a lot about congruency of Coach and client.  If all Silva Instructors participated in this course it would help us to learn a different approach, more congruent with the new vision, as I understand it, for Silva Int,l and those in the field.
